Cosmic Smashbooking combines art journaling with Intentional Creativity (R). Cosmic Smashbooking is a fun, creative way to use intention setting with art to generate intuitive guidance from our own subconscious minds, which are often full of wisdom. Cosmic Smashbooking provides a portal to your inner awareness, allowing messages and new perspectives to emerge through the images you gather and collage into your smashbook….
The facilitator of this class will make every effort to create a safe environment in which to create. Opportunities for all to share will be provided, and sharing is always optional and is not mandatory.
Basic materials will be provided, and feel free to gather up some of the following supplies if you wish. Ideas to gather include magazine images, stickers, fortune cookie messages, old cards, envelopes, paint, crayons, ribbons etc.
No experience necessary. This method of art is more about process, and the experience of creating, rather than the end product.
Facilitated by Michele Cipressi, Intentional Creativity (R) Artist and Guide.
For patron ages 16 and older.
